GrowPilot provides campaign planning, AI-assisted drafting, and the connected features actually enabled in your workspace. Payment and integration availability is shown in the relevant setup and checkout screens. The operator’s legal name, address, jurisdiction, and final contractual and refund terms still require completion and legal review.

Using GrowPilot
GrowPilot provides software for content planning, campaign organization, audience segmentation, and connected account insights. It does not guarantee follower growth, engagement, sales, or any particular outcome. Use only accounts and content you are authorized to manage. Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, or artificial engagement.
Demo workspaces use sample data. Live workspaces use email and password or Google sign-in and save your records to the service database. Single-image publishing requires a connected professional Instagram account and your explicit action. Calendar entries alone do not publish content.
Your information
The service stores your sign-in identifier and email, profile preferences, campaigns, content drafts, audience segments, support conversations, and payment status. Email account passwords are stored as salted hashes, never as readable passwords. When enabled, account verification and recovery emails are delivered through Resend. Connected Instagram authorization tokens are encrypted on the server. Payment card details are handled by the selected checkout provider and are not stored in GrowPilot.
When you generate captions, your prompt is sent to the configured AI provider. When you connect or publish to Instagram, the required information is sent to Meta. The demo does not connect your Instagram account or take payments. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email privacy@growze.net or open a support conversation from your account.
Telegram and Reddit advertising
If you choose the AI product assistant, your browser sends a public product URL to Jina Reader to extract page text. Jina also receives your browser's network address and ordinary request metadata. Your browser sends the extracted text, or the product description you paste instead, to GrowPilot and the configured AI provider with your language, platform, objective and instructions. Do not submit private links, access tokens or confidential information. GrowPilot does not send your account password or connected-platform credentials with these requests. Browser-supplied extracts may be incomplete or outdated and are not independently verified by GrowPilot. Review suggestions before applying them. Applying suggestions only changes the open form; saving a campaign is a separate action.
Advertising workspaces store your campaign briefs, destination links, targeting notes, planned budgets and any performance figures you enter. Draft, ready for review and archived are local planning states; they do not start, stop or confirm paid delivery. Ad-platform spending is separate from a GrowPilot subscription.
Telegram campaigns are prepared and exported in GrowPilot, then submitted and managed in Telegram Ads. GrowPilot does not connect a Telegram bot or automatically create paid Telegram advertisements. You review and authorize the final targeting, budget and submission in Telegram.
When available, connecting Reddit Ads authorizes GrowPilot to read your advertising accounts, campaigns and reports, and to pause a linked campaign after your explicit confirmation. Eligible USD traffic campaigns can also be prepared as paused campaigns, ad groups, text creatives and ads in your authorized Reddit account. Creating these resources does not activate delivery. Activation is a separate action that requires review and explicit confirmation of the exact total budget; Reddit may then spend that budget subject to its approval, delivery and billing rules. Supported formats and limits appear before preparation. Other formats and budget changes remain in Reddit Ads Manager.
The Reddit connection requests advertising read and edit permissions. Authorization credentials are encrypted on the server; account names, linked campaign snapshots, delivery settings and operation records are saved in your workspace. Report figures are fetched from Reddit on request and can be delayed or revised. Manually entered figures remain labelled separately. An interrupted or uncertain operation may require review in Reddit Ads Manager before continuing; do not assume an error means a provider operation did not happen.
Removing the Reddit connection deletes its stored credentials and pending authorization requests from GrowPilot. It does not pause existing ads, delete saved campaign plans, or revoke the app in Reddit. You can also revoke authorization in Reddit’s own settings. Only connect advertising accounts you are authorized to manage and comply with each platform’s advertising rules.
Affiliate program & referral privacy
Joining the affiliate launch list saves your account identity, public website or social profile, and audience description for the GrowPilot team to review. It does not enroll you in a paid program or guarantee approval. You can leave the list from your affiliate space or request deletion through support.
When the program opens, applications, approved partner links, commissions and payouts are managed by Lemon Squeezy under the terms shown there. Only eligible Lemon Squeezy purchases qualify; crypto purchases are excluded.
With your permission, Lemon Squeezy’s referral script uses a browser identifier to associate an eligible purchase with the partner who shared GrowPilot. You can decline tracking and still use the service. “Referral privacy” lets you change your preference. Turning it off stops GrowPilot loading the script or adding referral tracking to future checkouts; records already received by Lemon Squeezy remain subject to its privacy policy. Billing & cancellation
Card plans are recurring subscriptions at the interval shown in checkout. Use the payment provider’s customer portal to manage or cancel them. Crypto plans are prepaid access periods and require manual renewal. Network fees and applicable taxes may be added by payment providers. Access is activated only after verified provider confirmation.
Each payment method is available only when its checkout is enabled; an unavailable card option does not mean a configured crypto option is unavailable. Review the offer and checkout before paying. Final refund terms and mandatory consumer rights must be disclosed by the business before commercial launch. If a payment issue occurs, email billing@growze.net or open a support conversation with your order reference; never include full card numbers or wallet recovery phrases.
