Purpose & scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets the rules for using GrowPilot, operated by [INSERT COMPANY LEGAL NAME] at [INSERT BUSINESS ADDRESS]. It applies to everyone who accesses the Service, including visitors, free and trial users, paid subscribers, workspace members, administrators, agencies, and users of any API or integration we make available.
GrowPilot is a planning, measurement, and AI-assisted content tool for creators and brands. It does not sell followers, likes, comments, or engagement and does not guarantee audience growth, ad approval, sales, or other results. Feature availability depends on your plan, account permissions, and the integrations actually enabled in the Service.
Acceptance & related policies
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to follow this AUP and the Terms of Service. If you act for a company or client, you must have authority to do so and must ensure that people using the Service on its behalf follow these rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Read the Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is handled. This AUP supplements the Terms; it does not replace them, create features, or override mandatory legal rights. Questions about the relationship between these documents can be sent through our contact options.
Definitions
- User means any individual or entity accessing or using the Service, including someone acting for a client, employer, or workspace.
- Content means anything submitted, imported, created, generated, stored, or transmitted through the Service, including prompts, AI outputs, captions, images, links, campaign plans, audience data, and reports.
- Connected Account means a social-media, advertising, or other third-party account you authorize GrowPilot to access through an available integration.
- Service means GrowPilot at growze.net and its applications, workspaces, AI features, APIs, integrations, and related tools supplied by the operator.
Permitted use
You may use the Service for lawful business and creative work within your plan and permissions, including:
- Planning content, organizing a content calendar, drafting campaigns, and scheduling or publishing only where an enabled feature expressly supports that action.
- Analyzing authorized account data and campaign performance, organizing lawfully obtained audience segments, and managing accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Using AI to develop ideas, draft captions or advertising copy, and improve content that you review before use.
- Preparing Telegram and Reddit campaign materials and using connected-platform tools within the permissions granted by the account holder and platform.
You retain your rights in your data and Content, subject to others’ rights and the Terms. You control which accounts you connect and the actions you authorize. Saving a plan or calendar entry does not by itself publish content or launch an advertisement.
Prohibited use
You must not use the Service, help others use it, or attempt to use it for any of the following:
- Fake engagement: buying, selling, exchanging, or generating fake followers, likes, comments, reviews, clicks, impressions, or other engagement; operating bots or coordinated accounts to manipulate metrics or misrepresent popularity.
- Spam and abusive automation: sending mass unsolicited direct messages, repetitive commercial messages, or unwanted bulk comments; aggressive automated following, unfollowing, or liking; evading blocks, consent requirements, sending limits, or platform automation rules.
- Platform violations: breaching applicable Instagram, Meta, Telegram, or Reddit terms, advertising policies, API conditions, or account restrictions; bypassing ad review or misrepresenting a campaign’s destination or purpose.
- Unauthorized data collection: scraping or accessing data without the necessary rights or permissions, harvesting personal data for unsolicited targeting, selling unlawfully obtained lists, or combining data to expose someone’s private information. Public visibility alone does not establish permission to collect or reuse data.
- Illegal or abusive Content: uploading, generating, storing, or distributing unlawful material; threats, hateful abuse, harassment, exploitation, or non-consensual intimate material; deceptive impersonation, scams, defamatory statements, or material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.
- Misleading AI use: requesting or distributing unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or materially deceptive AI outputs, including fabricated testimonials, false product claims, deceptive impersonation, or content intended to evade safety controls or platform review.
- Security or service abuse: introducing malware, phishing, stealing credentials, accessing another user’s data, interfering with availability, or conducting intrusive security testing without written authorization. Do not overload the Service, automate abusive requests, bypass rate limits, or evade quotas with extra accounts, keys, or identities.
- Unauthorized exploitation: reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract non-public source code, models, or secrets, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; reselling, sublicensing, or offering access to the Service without our written authorization.
- Account and plan abuse: sharing personal login credentials, renting or selling accounts, using someone else’s account without authorization, or circumventing connected-account, seat, usage, trial, or subscription limits. Where team access is available, each person must use their own authorized access.
Instagram, Meta & other platform rules
You are responsible for complying with the rules of every platform you use, including the Instagram Terms of Use, Meta Platform Terms, and applicable community, advertising, and automation policies. A GrowPilot subscription or connection is not permission to perform actions a platform prohibits.
For Reddit and Telegram campaigns, review the applicable Reddit agreements and policies and Telegram Ad Policies and Guidelines. You are responsible for the advertised product, destination, audience, disclosures, and permissions, even when GrowPilot or AI helps prepare a campaign.
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, grant only appropriate permissions, and stop using an account when your authority ends. Do not supply social-platform passwords to GrowPilot in a prompt, support message, or campaign field. Use the official authorization flow provided for the integration.
GrowPilot is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Telegram, or Reddit. These platforms control their own approvals, access limits, and enforcement. We may restrict an integration when necessary to comply with their requirements.
AI usage rules
The same rules apply to AI prompts, uploaded source material, generated outputs, and their intended use. Do not request illegal, harmful, or policy-violating material or try to bypass safeguards. Submit only information you are authorized to share; do not enter passwords, access tokens, payment credentials, or private information that is unnecessary for the task.
AI can be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or outdated. Before publishing, submitting, or relying on an output, you must check factual and product claims, pricing, permissions, intellectual-property rights, required disclosures, targeting, and platform rules. Website extracts may not accurately reflect the current page. AI suggestions are drafts, not a guarantee of accuracy, legal compliance, ad approval, or results.
You remain responsible for the Content you choose to use and the actions you approve. Do not present fabricated evidence, reviews, endorsements, or results as real. Include any disclosure of AI-generated or sponsored material required by applicable law or the destination platform.
Data & security
Protect your credentials, use a unique password, and enable additional security controls where available. Keep access permissions current and notify us promptly of suspected compromise or unauthorized use. Obtain the rights, consents, and other lawful permissions needed for the data you upload or process, and respect deletion and access restrictions imposed by its source.
Report potential vulnerabilities privately to security@growze.net, or use workspace support if email is unavailable. Include the affected page, a concise description, and minimal steps to reproduce using your own account. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt service, retain unnecessary personal information, or exploit a finding beyond what is needed to describe it. Contact us before testing that could affect other users or availability.
This reporting process does not authorize otherwise prohibited testing or promise a bounty. We will assess good-faith reports and coordinate next steps as appropriate. See the Privacy Policy for how submitted information is handled.
Payments & crypto
Use only payment methods and funds you are authorized to use. Do not use stolen cards, falsified identity or transaction details, fraudulent chargebacks, manipulated payment confirmations, or the Service to conceal unlawful activity. Legitimate billing disputes, chargebacks, refunds, and other mandatory consumer rights remain available; reporting a genuine problem is not an AUP violation.
Where available, crypto invoices are only for legitimate payment for GrowPilot services. They must not be used for money laundering, prohibited transfers, sanctions evasion, or unrelated payments. Follow the invoice’s currency, network, address, amount, and expiry instructions. Do not send wallet private keys or recovery phrases to us. A transaction hash or screenshot alone is not proof that service access has been paid for.
Available payment methods, plan limits, prices, taxes, renewal terms, and refund information are shown in the applicable offer and checkout. Advertising-platform spending is separate from a GrowPilot subscription. See billing and cancellation information. This AUP does not make an unavailable payment method available.
Enforcement & consequences
We may investigate suspected violations and take measures proportionate to their severity, impact, and recurrence. These can include a warning, a request to remove or correct Content, rate or feature restrictions, removal of Content, disconnection of accounts, temporary suspension, or termination. We may act immediately without advance notice for serious abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or urgent risks to others.
Where lawful and appropriate, we will explain the reason and what can be done to resolve the issue. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with valid legal requests, consistent with applicable law and the Privacy Policy. We are not required by this AUP to monitor every item of Content or detect every violation.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided by the applicable billing terms, suspension or termination for an AUP violation does not entitle you to a refund for unused time or fees. This rule does not remove mandatory cancellation, refund, or dispute rights.
If you believe a decision was made in error, contact abuse@growze.net or support with your account email, the decision, and relevant context. We will review a good-faith request. Do not create replacement accounts or use other people’s accounts to evade enforcement.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected misuse to abuse@growze.net. Include relevant URLs or record identifiers, the approximate time, a description of the conduct, and screenshots with unnecessary personal information removed. Provide a way to contact you if you want a reply. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, API keys, full card numbers, or wallet recovery phrases.
We will review good-faith reports and prioritize credible threats to safety, security, and service integrity. We aim to acknowledge actionable reports within three business days. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time or a 24-hour emergency service. We may ask for more information and may be unable to disclose details about another person’s account.
If email fails or you do not receive an acknowledgement, use workspace support or the current options on our Contact page. For an immediate threat to personal safety, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Deliberately false reports and misuse of the reporting process are prohibited.
Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP to reflect changes to the Service, platform requirements, risks, or applicable law. We will publish the revised version here and update the ‘Last updated’ date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent in-service notice or email to the address associated with your account, and identify when the changes take effect.
We will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable and where required by law. Changes necessary to address an urgent legal or security issue may take effect sooner. Continued use after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Service and contact support about your account and any rights available under the Terms.
